Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (TV-assisted thoracoscopic surgery) uses modern imaging techniques and high-tech surgical instruments to equip a chest-wall cannula or a small incision to perform complex intrathoracic surgery in minimally invasive thoracic surgery. Complete thoracoscopic surgery requires only 1 to 3 1.5 cm chest wall holes.
